Education

Hello, I'm Akmal Akbarov. I am an experienced educator and AI enthusiast, specializing in English Language Teaching and the innovative application of Artificial Intelligence in education.

My journey began with a B.A. in English Philology from the Uzbek State World Language University in 2004, setting the stage for a career deeply intertwined with the learning and teaching of languages. I furthered my expertise with a Postgraduate Certificate in Special Teaching and Learning from the Westminster International University in Tashkent in 2010, allowing me to adapt my teaching methods to cater to a diverse range of learner needs.

In 2021, I expanded my skillset by completing a TESOL/TEFL 120-hour accredited course from the World TESOL Academy. This certification has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to teach English to speakers of other languages, enabling me to effectively design and deliver engaging language courses.

I have recently completed an MA in Education from Westminster International University in Tashkent, during which I explored the most advanced pedagogical theories and practices. This degree has not only broadened my perspective on education but also honed my ability to develop innovative educational programs.

In 2022, I enhanced my professional development skills by earning a Train the Trainer Certificate from Cambridge English Language Assessment. This has equipped me with the techniques to cultivate a learning-friendly environment and inspire other educators to excel in their teaching journey.

In 2023, I ventured into the world of AI by completing two significant courses. The first, 'Artificial Intelligence – Opportunities & Challenges' from the British Council, exposed me to the potential of AI in transforming our world and the hurdles we may encounter along the way. The second, 'How to Research & Write Using Generative AI Tools', has empowered me to harness the power of AI in research and writing, revolutionizing my approach to content creation.

Today, I am excited to share my knowledge and passion through online courses. My mission is to empower learners and educators alike, offering them the tools and insights to navigate the ever-evolving educational landscape. I look forward to welcoming you to my courses and embarking on this exciting journey together!
