About Mutabar Khamraeva :

I am from Uzbekistan, my nationality is Uzbek, my family status is welleducated, my father is an accounting manager in a factory, my mother’s profession was medicine, but now she has own small business. I have had a strong aspiration to study and get all steps of education in order to be an educated and professional person. I finished a Vocational college with the major of jurisprudence. Before I had an interest to study juristic act, motion and all processes belonging to this field. But I altered my notions after some time because of my English tutor, then I chose the way of teaching and this life side exerted influence on my perspectives, increased my desires to get closer to know what is teaching, and why it should be the most appropriate position for me. Then I created my teaching skills inwardly, just going to the pedagogical university. After graduating bachelor degree, I had a chance to apply on one of the Korean universities, Namseoul University, almost suitable to my chosen major. And I developed my knowledge with getting various classes, beneficial knowledge sharing, receiving professors’ life experiences, and change the opinions among the classmates. I like to have a discussion over a really controversial topic, especially if it belongs to one of the complicated issues in the society. With the help of discussion, you can learn new things from the others, and it can be possible to produce new solutions, new perspectives, and fulfill the attitudes. Besides it I like to read all books which can enhance my way of critical thinking, all books have mysterious meanings inside, the reader should just reveal this enigma.

There is one gold rule for people, after gaining you should know giving as well. This rule is much more appropriate for educators, because it is their responsibility to give what they learnt, without giving the knowledge cannot increase. So as an educator, I also need to put my first step to teaching area. If I kept my knowledge it would become irrelevant in my life. In order to avoid that I should use my databases, knowledge and all things I have learnt till now and learning now. Perhaps, I might have a lack of experiences, or the obstacles to get in touch with the learners, however, each situation will have unexpected challenges, you cannot know the solution if you didn’t have the difficulties. So an intelligent teacher will be ready for any conditions in any situations. My purpose is to have these challenges, analyze them with new teaching strategies, open new ways for myself, and learn practically. I hope that I will be able to accomplish my mission.

I know to work with available electronic devices, I have a computer literacy, recently I have become familiar with the new programs which are very effective to create presentations, and these new apps can increase the quality of teaching and learning. I am working over my presentations through some of these programs, they are Prezi, PowToon, and others like them. I have brainstorming ideas and suggestions indicating to the teaching field, I can inspire others by giving mobile ideas, and organize the project presentations or other tasks with high motivation. It can help me to succeed in many situations.

Experience

Admittedly, after graduating my bachelor degree I applied for a master program and graduated in 2020. Afterwards I didn't have any chance to have a job and work. But I can sure that I have a huge amount of good skills to teach young learners and adults. I can work with learners using creative and new methods.

Education

In 2020 I graduated my master degree in Namseoul University. I accomplished the program of International teaching. During this academic year I have learned a lot of things for instance, I had various classes from teaching methods such as new methodology in teaching, ethics and esthetics of a teacher's, data and analysis of teaching and so on. I studied hard and got the top grades from all classes consequently I accepted the full scholarships.
