Job summary
We are looking for a Recruiter to help hire QA specialists into our Tashkent QA Centre. The role involves full lifecycle hiring process for entry/junior level: reviewing applications, conducting phone and/or video interviews, arranging and taking part in F2F interviews, offer preparation, taking part in external events to promote the company and develop candidate pipeline as appropriate.Qualifications
- Experience gathering candidates through multiple channels (job sites, social networks, references)
- Initial recruitment experience good communication and relationship building skills Fluent in Russian Good command of English Tashkent based and familiarity with local market Nice to Have: Prior experience with volume hiring ideally for entry level roles prior recruitment experience in IT companies or recruitment agencies - 1 year minimum prior experience organizing assessment centers or other interviewing events prior experience working with educational institutions to grow pipeline of candidates
