International production company is looking for Plant Manager in Navoiy region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all production processes, from raw material receipt to finished product manufacturing.

• Monitor production plan compliance and product quality.

• Efficient use of equipment and resources to ensure smooth and time-efficient production.

• Implement modern approaches—Lean, Kaizen—to optimize processes and reduce costs.

• Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Organize internal logistics and production line operations.

• Team management, employee development, and motivation.

• Participate in budget and production program planning.

• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve results.

• Maintain the "zero compromise in international safety" principle and participate in the company's environmental initiatives.

Requirements:

• Higher technical or chemical engineering education (e.g., chemical engineering, biotechnology, cosmetics or household chemicals production).

• Production management experience, preferably in the FMCG sector (cosmetics, household chemicals, pharmaceuticals).

• Ability to effectively manage a team and organize processes.

• Practical experience with Lean, 5S, TPM, or similar systems.

• Understanding of cosmetics or household chemical production technology is a plus.

• Knowledge of quality standards (GMP, ISO 9001) and local regulations.

• Fluency in Uzbek and Russian.
