    Мы находимся в поисках Регионального менеджера  по продажам в команду Sales в Ташкент.

    Основные обязанности


    Управление командой торговых представителей и спупервайзеров: Руководство и координация работы команды торговых представителей, обеспечение выполнения планов по продажам.

    · Обучение и развитие сотрудников: Проведение тренингов и обучающих сессий для повышения эффективности работы команды.

    · Контроль за выполнением плана продаж: Обеспечение достижения целевых показателей и выполнение плана продаж по ключевым регионам.

    · Анализ продаж и отчетность: Сбор и анализ данных о продажах, подготовка регулярных отчетов для руководства компании.

    · Управление ассортиментом: Обеспечение наличия полного ассортимента продукции на полках в торговых точках, контроль за выкладкой товара.

    · Решение операционных вопросов: Устранение возникающих проблем, связанных с дистрибуцией и поставками.

    · Развитие отношений с клиентами: Поддержание и развитие долгосрочных отношений с ключевыми клиентами, включая крупные сети и независимые точки продаж.

    · Контроль за соблюдением стандартов качества и ценовой политики: Обеспечение соблюдения установленных стандартов компании в точках продаж.

    Квалификационные требования:


    Высшее образование (предпочтительно в области маркетинга, экономики или управления).

    · Минимум 2 года опыта на аналогичной позиции в сфере продаж, предпочтительно в FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods).

    · Знание основ трейд-маркетинга и продаж, опыт работы с торговыми сетями и дистрибьюторами.

    · Отличные коммуникативные и лидерские качества.

    · Умение эффективно управлять командой и достигать поставленных целей.

    · Аналитические способности и опыт работы с отчетностью.

    · Знание основ работы с программами для учета продаж (например, CRM-системы).

    · Ответственность, целеустремленность, умение работать в условиях многозадачности.

    · Свободное владение русским языком, знание узбекского и английского языков будет преимуществом.

    · Готовность к командировкам.
