*Responsibilities:*

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and lounge, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and high-quality guest experience.
• Lead and inspire the service team to deliver warm, attentive, and professional service.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design creative menus, special events, and seasonal experiences.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and revenue to achieve financial goals while maintaining premium service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback with care and ensure all concerns are addressed promptly.
• Manage schedules, inventory, and ordering processes efficiently.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance restaurant visibility and guest engagement.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere where staff feel valued and motivated.

*Requirements:*

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant or Lounge Manager, ideally within a hotel, resort, or fine-dining venue.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management style.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, service flow, and team development.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian or other languages is an advantage).
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for people, food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
