Resort Housekeeping Director - Tashkent - Hyatt
Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Director to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our facility, which is located in Beldersoy, 1.5 hour far from Tashkent city center.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or facility management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
As the Housekeeping Director, you will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, managing schedules, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and sanitary environment for guests and staff alike.Your ability to train and motivate your team, implement efficient cleaning procedures, and respond promptly to guest concerns will be crucial to your success in this role.
You will also collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping needs and contribute to the overall guest experience.This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff
Ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams
Prepare reports and maintain housekeeping records
Implement cost control and efficiency measures
Requirements
Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of cleaning products and sanitation techniques
Familiarity with housekeeping management software
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
Physical stamina and ability to perform housekeeping tasks as needed
