Job summary

Responsibilities
- Independent handling of all administrative and organizational tasks within the purchasing department to support the Director of Purchasing
- Relief of the Director of Purchasing through prioritization, pre-selection, data analysis/preparation, creation of presentations, and internal as well as external correspondence
- Independent follow-up on operational topics to support the Director of Purchasing
- Monitoring of cost center status across the entire department
- Responsibility for ICS (Internal Control System) and audits within the department
- Responsibility for specific purchasing areas and execution of related procurement activities
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration or several years of professional experience in a secretarial or assistant role
- Confident communication skills in both German and English
- Excellent MS Office skills
- SAP user knowledge is an advantage
- Open and friendly communication
- High quality awareness and a structured way of working
- Team spirit, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
