    Job identification


    We are looking for a junior marketing specialist to join our team in Samarkand.

    Responsibilities


    Activate trade marketing programmes in traditional sales channels to generate impulse sales.

    Go on business trips to conduct marketing research and individual events.

    Place orders for advertising materials at the traditional sales channel level.

    Monitor delivery times, provide information on the status of arrivals, and make recommendations on the placement of advertising materials.

    Monitor the timeliness and correctness of the use of marketing materials and the write-off of outdated marketing materials in the traditional sales channel

    Analyse data in FIT and Voyage programmes on a daily basis

    Summarise and systematise marketing assessments in the regions and various marketing information, presenting them in the established formats;

    Continuously implement innovations to build brand strength in the market and maintain a leading position among other FMCG companies, and use brand experience to activate channels.

    Implementing best practices in shopper marketing/IMC through training from resources and the experience of other countries.

    Managing the implementation of all advertising campaigns and BTL plans, as well as monitoring the implementation and results of the programme.

    Participating in joint business planning with key customers and the sales department to improve channel performance.

    Together with the sales department, participate in and monitor the conclusion of contracts with key customers, as well as monitor payments for the implementation of joint programmes, support the sales department for better work.

    What we expect


    Higher education (preferably in economics, management, marketing)

    3+ years of experience in a similar position

    Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook

    English language level - Intermediate (B-1)
