Mixologist

*Responsibilities:*

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with creativity, precision, and flair.
• Develop signature drinks and seasonal menus that reflect the spirit of the resort.
• Engage with guests, share your passion for mixology, and create memorable bar experiences.
• Keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for smooth bar operations.
• Train and inspire the bar team to maintain high service standards and product knowledge.
• Work closely with the kitchen and F&B teams to design pairings and event concepts.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as responsible alcohol service.
• Stay up to date with new trends in mixology and bring fresh ideas to the bar.

*Requirements:*

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a restaurant, resort, or premium lounge.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and beverage trends.
• A creative approach to mixology and presentation.
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional appearance and commitment to high-quality service.
