Job summary
Finance Manager responsible for financial modeling, analysis, projections & budgets for new projects, ensuring adherence of actuals to budget as well as compliance needs and coordinating with lenders as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial budget along with Project Head in accordance with lenders agreement
- Review budget requests for approval and forecast future budget needs of projects proposed
- Prepare costing reports and ensure compliance reporting in terms of revenue recognition and expenditure allocation
- Prepare MIS and variance analysis reports on a Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly basis
- Prepare Budget vs Actual Capex reports for management as well as any other related stakeholders
- Review and suggest ways to achieve cost effectiveness and prepare financial statement
- Ensure adherence to all legal, secretarial, audit and any other related compliances
- Prepare and follow up capex Budget vs Actual reporting to internal and external stakeholders, taxation & auditing
- Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period and report as appropriate
