Everyone may have a different definition of love. It can have many meanings. But there’s nothing wrong with how we interpret it.

It is invisible but can be felt.
It is intangible but can be present.
It doesn’t move but it can grow.

Love is one important part of our process, not just about affection, but more than that.

Love can also be about acceptance, trust, appreciation, comfort, and many more. Its meaning depends on who perceives it.

How do you interpret it?

It cannot be forced, it is present sometimes even without permission, which often makes us confused to find out why love is present. But even without reason, love becomes even stronger. Because if the reason is gone, won’t that love also disappear?

We can define it as unconditional love if we don’t know the reason. Love sincerely, accept what is, can be ourselves, both lower the ego for complete acceptance, and support each other to grow greater. This is love always the reason for happiness even though life is not always about being happy. It will continue to be a motivation for us to be better and find meaning in life.

Sometimes we have our own criteria for finding that love, some of it from appearance, wealth, and many more. But sometimes we are brought together just because we have the same principles, the same point of view, and the same values, about how we see life.

Everyone may be looking for true love, even though finding it is unexpected, sometimes it takes sacrifice, sometimes they accidentally meet at a crossroads and then decide to continue their journey together, and some even part ways first and meet again. Because no matter how far love is, it will come home for one purpose. If that is really what is destined for us.

To express their own love, humans choose their own great ways. It can be through words, some through actions, often the foundation of love is communication. But maybe some of us express love differently,
some are still silent, some say it in prayer, and knowing that the person they love is fine is enough to make them feel happy. And it’s all great. There’s nothing wrong with how we express it.

Love, something special, this is a serious matter.

Maybe it’s more about the relationship. But if we look more broadly at its meaning, love can be anywhere. It can be from home, from our parents and our siblings. It can also be found outside the home, from friends for example, and most importantly it can be found in ourselves.

What we need to remember is that we shouldn’t think that we are not filled with love, especially if it’s just because we feel lonely. Because love is wider than what we imagine. Love is everywhere. And that love doesn’t just come, but we can also choose to spread it. Giving love from ourselves.

On the other hand, love may also be about sincerity, forgiveness, and separation, although still hoping for each other’s happiness. Maybe some of us interpret love as a broken heart. But remember it will heal because the good news is that God does not leave us alone. Even if we are faced with parting today, we will be faced with a meeting tomorrow.

Hopefully, we will be met with the love that has been destined by God. Towards one goal, to make our journey more meaningful. With beautiful stories up to the last chapter of the book which we take with us on our journey.

Hopefully, our lives in the future will always be surrounded by love, whether it’s from ourselves, parents, friends, or even partners. And don’t forget to give the greatest love to God because we can know the meaning of love in our lives.
