I have over 20 years of experience in Employment Counselling, Case Management, Facilitation and Teaching. 

I possess an Employment and Career Counsellor Diploma from George Brown College of Toronto as well as a degree in arts and social studies from back home.  I speak 4 languages; drive own vehicle. I have depth knowledge of schools and non-profit organizations in Canada, employers and resources in the field. I also speak moderate Kazakh.

Just before moving to Kazakhstan six months ago I was working as Employment Training Consultant at TNO The Neighbourhood Organization of Toronto. 

Prior to moving Canada 23 years ago I worked for ICRC as free interpreter in Mazar Afghanistan. I also worked as English Teacher for UNHCR in Uzbekistan for 3 years indicated on my resume. when I went to Toronto, I realized that I have to put more efforts and get more education to reach my potential. Despite the fact I had my degree from back home; I went to School in Toronto; finished college; got Toronto Hostel Training Centre Certificates; worked and volunteered to fulfill my dreams. It is like starting all over again. As Jimmy Dean says “I can’t change the direction of wind but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination”
