    The Role
    This role is based at our facility in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, within the EPD division. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing annual marketing strategies, overseeing their successful execution, and enhancing the sales, profitability, and market positioning of designated products.


    Responsibilities

    •   Assess and evaluate brand performance, market dynamics, and competitors.
    •   Create brand and market strategies with defined timelines, budgets, and stakeholder accountabilities, in alignment with the global strategy.
    •   Translate the strategy into actionable tactics, clearly assigning roles to team members with varied functions.
    •   Manage and oversee the marketing plan implementation process by cross-functional teams (sales, etc.).
    •   Conduct forecasting and budgeting activities.
    •   Utilize monitoring data to provide feedback and suggest adjustments to the strategic planning and tactics.
    •   Engage with the Sales team effectively.
    •   Develop, execute, and update product training programs regularly for the Sales Force.

    Qualifications
    •   Bachelor's degree in medical or pharmaceutical sciences
    •   Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management
    •   Upper intermediate proficiency in English
    •   Proficient in Computer Skills
    •   Valid Driver's license (category B)
